SPF is a TXT record in DNS that specifies which servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain. Its main goal is to prevent spoofing.
Without SPF, fake senders can impersonate your domain easily, leading to spam classification or blacklisting.
• No SPF record at all.
• Incorrect SPF syntax.
• Multiple SPF records (only one is allowed).
1️⃣ Access your DNS control panel.
2️⃣ Add a new TXT record like this (example for Google users):
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
✅ After adding, wait a few hours up to 24 hours for global DNS propagation.
DKIM is a digital signature added to emails to verify their integrity and ensure they were not altered in transit.
DKIM helps build trust in your emails and prevents tampering during sending. It also improves your emails’ chance of landing in the inbox.
✅ If you are using Google Workspace or Zoho:
1️⃣ Go to your email settings.
2️⃣ Copy the DKIM key provided.
3️⃣ Add a new TXT record in DNS (like: google._domainkey).
✅ If you are using cPanel or DirectAdmin:
1️⃣ Login to your control panel.
2️⃣ Choose "Email Deliverability" or "DKIM Management".
3️⃣ Enable DKIM, and the system will auto-generate DNS records.
4️⃣ Make sure records are properly saved in the DNS Zone Editor.
DMARC is a protocol that sets policies for handling emails failing SPF and DKIM checks, protecting your domain from unauthorized use.
Add a TXT record in DNS (name: _dmarc) with content like:
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain.com
💬 Note: The email address here is just an example; make sure to replace it with your actual email.
• Missing or incorrect records.
• Mismatched nameserver settings.

• Conflicts between A and CNAME records.
✅ Check DNS settings using Gooe DNS Analyzer tools.
✅ Ensure all nameservers are properly configured.
✅ Remove conflicting records and update accurately.

Databases used to track and list IPs or domains accused of sending spam or malicious content.
✅ Use Gooe RBL Checker tool to scan your domain across dozens of blacklists.
✅ Monitor delivery reports of your email.
1️⃣ Identify the cause (e.g., spam sending).
2️⃣ Fix the issue (change passwords, update security).
3️⃣ Submit a delisting request to the blacklist and follow their instructions carefully.
